- Dedicated RCD-protected circuit and isolator
- Armoured cable run neatly to the tub
- Installation certificate so your warranty stands
Hot tubs pull a serious amount of power, so they really shouldn’t be run off an extension lead out of the kitchen window, however tempting it is on the day it’s delivered. They need their own dedicated circuit, RCD protection and a weatherproof isolator within reach of the tub, all installed to BS 7671.
We wire up hot tub supplies across St Helens, Haydock, Warrington and the wider area. We’ll run steel-wired armoured cable from the board to a rotary isolator near the tub, keep it tidy and protected, and make sure the supply is rated for whatever your model draws when the heater and pumps are all going at once. Most tub manufacturers want proof of a proper electrical installation before they’ll honour the warranty.
We’ll hand you a certificate to cover exactly that. Let us know what tub you’ve got and where it’s going, and we’ll quote it.
