- Main bonding to gas, water and other services
- A common EICR fail put right properly
- General upkeep, socket changes and small works
Earth bonding is one of those things nobody thinks about until an EICR flags it, but it’s genuinely important. Main bonding ties your gas, water and other incoming metal services back to the earth so that if a fault develops, everything stays at the same potential and you don’t get a shock off the kitchen tap. Older homes often have it missing, undersized or simply not there at all.
We sort main and supplementary bonding across Newton-le-Willows, Haydock, St Helens and the surrounding towns, usually as part of a fuse board upgrade or to clear an inspection code. While we’re there we can pick off the other small jobs that have built up, extra sockets, a dodgy light switch, an extractor that’s packed in.
If your report came back with a bonding issue, or you’ve a list of little jobs needing doing, give us a ring and we’ll get them ticked off.
